Asian TV Awards lists SLR, Matchbox, Nine and Sticky Pictures among nominees

267 programs in 42 categories from 19 countries are vying for honours

Australian productions are among the nominations for 2017 Asian TV Awards.

In total 267 programs in 42 categories from 19 countries are vying for honours. The top three contenders are Mediacorp with 45 nominations, BBC with nine and Formosa TV, also with nine.

Australia has four nominations:

Best Children’s Program: Lexi & Lottie: Trusty Twin Detectives, SLR Productions, Eleven; and Nowhere Boys: Two Moons Rising, Matchbox Pictures, ABC ME

Best Preschool Program: Hi-5 (Season 17, ) Hi-5 Australia, 9GO!

Best 2D Animated Program: Winston Steinburger & Sir Dudley Ding Dong, Sticky Pictures, ABC ME.

Winners will be announced in Singapore on December 1.
