Olivier Vojetta joins Frontier Media AI as Head of Strategy and Growth

Frontier Media AI has appointed Olivier Vojetta, former Macquarie Bank strategist and author, as its new Head of Strategy and Growth.

The move supports the agency’s aim to integrate AI into marketing with a focus on business outcomes and board-level strategy.

Vojetta joins from experience agency Yakkazoo and previously worked as a derivatives trader in London. He has also authored seven books. He will oversee AI strategy and business development, applying his finance background to the agency’s AI-driven marketing model.

“Marketing is starting to look a lot like financial trading,” Vojetta said. “In both, it’s not the tools that win, it’s the strategy behind them. Everyone’s chasing AI outputs, but the real value lies in smarter inputs.”

His appointment aligns with Frontier’s strategy to position itself as a C-suite partner, helping CEOs, CFOs and CMOs use AI for greater impact and efficiency. Vojetta also leads VMG’s thought leadership series, Argonauts, which explores the role of AI and creativity in competitive advantage.

“Olivier gets what the C-suite really cares about - results,” Frontier Media AI CEO Matt Hunt said.

“He’s not here to hype AI. He’s here to use it better, smarter and more strategically. He embodies our vision of fusing advanced tech, proprietary data and 25 years of marketing expertise.”

Frontier’s approach draws on financial market principles, including outcome-based pricing tied to performance, supported by data-led insights and scalable execution.

The appointment follows Frontier Media AI’s launch earlier this month with Frontier OS, its proprietary AI operating system automating more than 100 marketing tasks across strategy, media and creative. The agency operates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Singapore.
