LEVO, Clemenger Group's boutique strategy and transformation consultancy, has bolstered its team with the appointments of Catherine Hooson and Mark Dalton.

Hooson joins as practice director, experience strategy, from Alvarez & Marsal and has held leadership roles at Deloitte Digital, Accenture and CHEP Network.

She boasts two decades of experience transforming customer and employee experiences for major brands and government organisations.

Hooson has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving commercial success. Her expertise will strengthen LEVO’s ability to create meaningful, people-centred experiences while continuing to elevate its presence in the consultancy space.

Dalton will step into the role of executive creative director, bringing over 20 years of experience in creative and art direction to the role.

He was previously executive creative director at Clemenger BBDO Wellington, and has also held key roles at Clemenger BBDO Touchcast, Proximity New Zealand and Reward.

Dalton is a multi-Cannes Lions winner and has led high-impact public initiatives, including New Zealand’s 'Unite Against COVID-19' campaign. His ability to deliver intelligent, behaviour-changing design solutions will help LEVO continue to drive significant transformation outcomes for their vast roster of clients.

Cale Maxwell, CEO of LEVO said the hires marked an exciting chapter in LEVO’s story, as the consultancy continues its growth trajectory.

“Catherine’s deep consulting experience builds on our strong advisory capability, complementing the hire of Kevin Miller from Capgemini in 2023. Mark’s global creative leadership enhances our ability to push boundaries while ensuring every idea is grounded in execution,” he said.

“Together, these hires expand on LEVO’s already thriving BX, CX and EX capabilities, allowing us to truly align with the wider BBDO Worldwide commitment to ‘Do Big Things’," Maxwell added.
