Venn Talent has added one of Australia’s most compelling emerging voices to its all-female stable, signing Olympic gold medallist and kayaker Noémie Fox OAM.

Fox arrives at Venn fresh off her history-making win in Paris, where she became the first athlete to claim gold in the inaugural women’s Kayak Cross event.

But it’s her work beyond competition - in mental health advocacy, youth empowerment and inclusion - that positions her as a distinctly modern leader.

Venn Talent, founded by Brigid Grice, has carved out a unique position in the market by representing women whose impact spans creativity, sport, entrepreneurship, and social influence. Adding Fox to the roster signals an ambition to deepen that footprint.

'A world-class human'

Grice says the signing reflects both Fox’s athletic calibre and her broader cultural influence.

“We are incredibly honoured to welcome Noémie Fox OAM to the Venn Talent portfolio. Noémie is a world-class human, a courageous advocate, and a leader whose influence extends far beyond the sporting arena,” Grice said.

“Her integrity, purpose, and ambition align perfectly with our values at Venn, and we are privileged to support her as she enters this next chapter. Noémie’s impact is already remarkable, and we look forward to championing her as she and her influence continue to go from strength to strength.”

Expanding a powerhouse roster

Fox joins a lineup that includes some of Australia’s most recognisable and high-impact women: Zoë Foster Blake, Anna Meares OAM, Monika Tu OAM, Dr Kate Reid, Elizabeth Hewson, Michelle Heyman, Lauren Sams, Kelly McJannett, Annabelle Chauncy OAM, Tiff Hall, Benedicte Bemet and Rachel Burke.

For Venn Talent, the signing underscores the agency’s mission: to elevate women who bring both credibility and cultural resonance - and to back them as they push into new spaces.
