Altius Group has confirmed the next phase of its agency of record partnership with independent agency Ne-Lo, extending a relationship that has already delivered a portfolio-wide brand architecture, a refreshed master brand, and a new Altius website.

What’s new in the brief

• A creative campaign platform for the direct-to-employer health, wellbeing and safety brand, Altius.
• A refresh of LifeFirst, the group’s proactive, preventative healthcare sub-brand for executive leaders.

Sydney and Melbourne-based Ne-Lo’s expanded remit continues its work with Altius Group, which is positioned as an Australian leader in end-to-end corporate health, wellbeing and safety solutions. The agency’s appointment remains on an agency of record basis.

Why it matters for marketers

For B2B health and workplace safety categories, a consolidated AOR allows faster decision cycles across multiple sub-brands, tighter brand governance, and campaign consistency across owned and paid channels. Ne-Lo’s scope indicates Altius will keep centralising brand and growth activity through a single partner.

What they said

“We’re incredibly excited to embark on the next stage of our strategic partnership with Ne-Lo,” said Nicole Williams, Head of Brand, Marketing, and Communication, Altius Group. “Having direct access to their senior team of creative and strategic experts – so they can move at our pace and match our ambition – has been a gamechanger for us.”

Ross Hastings, CEO and co-founder, Ne-Lo, said the partnership model aligns with the agency’s growth since introducing its Anatomy of Marketing methodology in 2023. “We’re incredibly excited to be continuing our work with Altius Group. Genuine partnerships like this – based on trusted relationships – are where we have the most fun, are able to do our best work and can support the type of effective company-wide change that we get our genuine feeling of purpose from.”

Angela Elliott, CEO, Altius Group, added: “Having an agency like Ne-Lo has proven incredibly valuable as CEO – knowing that they’re applying their thinking across our organisation, considering multiple stakeholders, and are able to adapt effectively to our business objectives gives me real peace of mind.”
