Born Bred Talent has announced a refreshed leadership structure as the agency enters what it terms as a new phase of growth and creative expansion.

The Sydney-based talent management agency has promoted current general manager Stephanie Scicchitano to managing director, while Michele Edmonds has been appointed head of finance and operations.

Founder Clare Winterbourn has formally stepped away from the business, concluding her involvement with the agency.

A strategic reset for the next phase

The leadership changes position Scicchitano at the helm of the agency’s strategic direction as it looks ahead to 2026 and beyond.

Edmonds’ expanded remit will see her continue to oversee operational performance and financial management as the business scales.

Winterbourn, who founded Born Bred Talent, said she was confident in the agency’s future under its new leadership.

“I am incredibly proud of what Born Bred Talent has built and the way it continues to evolve,” she said. “I leave knowing the business is in exceptional hands and positioned for major success. Watching the team elevate the agency has been both exciting and rewarding.”

Growth across talent and partnerships

Under its evolved leadership structure, Born Bred Talent said it has already delivered significant growth across talent representation, global partnerships and brand-building initiatives.

The agency has positioned itself as one of Australia’s more progressive players in a rapidly shifting talent and creator economy.

Scicchitano said the changes marked a defining moment for the business.

“Today marks a defining moment for Born Bred Talent,” she said.

“We’re future-focused, deeply strategic and committed to building lasting careers for our talent. With a strengthened leadership foundation and a clear growth strategy, we are setting up for our most ambitious chapter yet.”
