Hisense Australia has appointed TAG as its customer relationship management (CRM) partner.

The partnership will include campaign delivery and automation, alongside the transition to a more comprehensive segmentation model.

TAG will also work with Hisense on its first-party data strategy, enabling more consistent and personalised customer communications at scale.

“Hisense is a globally recognised household name, and there’s a really clear alignment in how we can intelligently use Hisense’s data alongside TAG’s insights to deliver a world-class customer experience,” said TAG general manager Andrew Moroney.

Hisense ANZ general manager, marketing, Michelle Wee said TAG was a natural partner for the brand.

“TAG brings a very practical methodology to data and CRM,” she said.

“We can see how invested everyone there is; from day one, it's felt like we're one team. This partnership will help us connect with customers at every stage of their relationship with Hisense.”
