The Hundred is returning for its ninth season, bringing back its mix of humour and insight into what Australians really think.

Hosted by Andy Lee, the new season premieres Tuesday, April 28 at 7.30 pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

The season kicks off with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese taking part in the show’s ‘Face The Hundred’ segment, testing whether everyday Aussies can recognise their leader.

The premiere sets the tone for a season featuring a mix of high-profile guests, including Cody Simpson, Janine Allis, Max Gawn and Samuel Johnson.

Comedy line-up returns

Regular panellists Mike Goldstein and Sophie Monk return, joined by a rotating line-up of comedians including Joel Creasey, Kate Langbroek, Pete Helliar, Denise Scott, Hamish Blake, Glenn Robbins and Dave Hughes.

In the first episode, the panel is joined by Lloyd Langford, tackling everything from politics to social etiquette, including debates on open-mouth chewing, big-date spending and pre-Christmas breakups.

Unfiltered Aussie opinions

Each week, Lee is joined by 100 Australians appearing via video link, representing a cross-section of the country and offering real-time insight into public opinion.
