Singles

On the ARIA Singles Chart, Miley Cyrus’ Flowers holds firm at #1 for a sixth consecutive week (its entire chart life to date). If it scores another week at #1, Flowers will equal the chart-topping run of Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, in 1992 with Achy Breaky Heart.

Nipping at Miley’s heels is English singer, songwriter and record producer PinkPantheressBoy’s A Liar, which steps up from #3 to #2. Another star on tour, Harry Styles, sees his 2022 #1 smash As It Was return to the top five, up from #9 last week.

The title track from P!nk’s Trustfall shoots from #34 last week to #19, giving P!nk her 44th top 20 hit in Australia (including collaborations). Thirty-seven of those songs reached the top 10.

Albums

Debuting in the top spot, Trustfall is American superstar P!nk’s seventh #1 album in Australia and brings her total number of weeks at the summit of the ARIA Albums Chart to a remarkable 44.

Three of her albums have spent more than eight weeks at #1: Funhouse in 2008 (nine weeks), Greatest Hits… So Far!!! in 2010 (13 weeks) and The Truth About Love in 2012 (10 weeks). P!nk also scored #1 albums with I’m Not Dead in 2006, Beautiful Trauma in 2017 and Hurts 2B Human in 2019.

The start of his Australian tour sees two Ed Sheeran albums rush back into the top 10. His 2021 album = jumps from #17 to #6 (it spent one week at #1 in 2021), while ÷ climbs from #15 to #8. The latter bounced in and out of the top spot nine times over the course of 13 months between March 2017 and April 2018, spending a total of 27 weeks at the top.

This week marks 200 weeks in the top 50 for Singles Collection by Maroon 5, and 100 weeks for After Hours by The Weeknd.
