The Australian Radio Network (ARN) has named Ros Reeves as its new chief people officer, joining the executive leadership team to lead the company’s national People & Culture function during a period of rapid growth and transformation.

With more than 25 years of experience across media, entertainment and corporate sectors, Reeves is known for her commercial focus and strategic approach to organisational change.

She has held senior roles at Mulpha Australia, Eye Corp and Network Ten, and consulted for clients including Football Federation Australia and V8 Supercars.

Shaping ARN’s next chapter

Reeves will report directly to ARN CEO Michael Stephenson and will oversee the development of a modern, business-aligned people strategy designed to strengthen culture, leadership and performance across all divisions.

“I am excited to bring my energy, insight and vision to ARN as it continues its journey of growth and innovation,” Reeves said. “ARN’s strategy to become an entertainment company is clear. I certainly feel like I’m coming in at the right time - it’s all about execution and delivery now.”

Stephenson said Reeves’ appointment reflects ARN’s focus on building a high-performance, values-led culture aligned with the company’s strategic ambitions.

“We have shared a bold vision for the future of our company,” he said.

“Developing the capability of people is at the centre of that strategy. Ros brings a breadth and depth of experience across a broad range of industries, including media. Her track record in developing high-performance teams and aligning people strategy with business goals will be critical as we take our business to the next level.”

Strengthening leadership for growth

Reeves’ appointment comes as ARN continues to evolve its leadership team, following the recent promotions of Richard Hunwick to chief sales officer and Ben Campbell to chief digital and technology officer.

Together, the changes signal ARN’s continued focus on innovation, talent and cultural excellence as it executes its long-term vision to lead Australia’s audio and entertainment landscape.
