ARN taps Lucy Formosa Morgan to lead new sales enablement role

ARN has appointed Lucy Formosa Morgan as Director of Sales Enablement, a newly created role designed to strengthen the network’s commercial capability and support growth.

Formosa Morgan joins with more than 25 years of media experience across agencies and publishers.

She was most recently Managing Director of MAGNA Global.

A newly created commercial role

In the new role, Formosa Morgan will lead ARN’s Sales Operations, Revenue and Yield, and Insights functions.

She will also head the network’s sales-specific training and development program in partnership with the People and Culture leadership group.

ARN said Formosa Morgan is recognised for leading large cross-functional teams, driving productivity and building high-performing cultures.

Her experience also spans simplifying transactional frameworks, improving operational efficiency and unlocking growth.
