Australian singer-songwriter Dean Lewis is set to perform at Brisbane's first Nova's Red Room for 2023 on Monday, March 13.

With the exclusive set taking place at The Atrium at The Sound Garden, Lewis will perform some of his biggest hits plus new tracks from his latest album The Hardest Love, in his second performance under Nova’s live music banner.

Brendan Taylor, NOVA Entertainment’s group program operations director, said, “It’s only February and we have already kicked off the year with a number of talented international and local artists confirmed to take to the Nova’s Red Room stage before the end of March.

"We couldn’t be more excited to welcome another fan favourite, Australian artist Dean Lewis, back to headline Nova’s Red Room. Nova is committed to supporting live music and providing music fans with a chance to see their favourite artist in a close and intimate performance.”

The Aussie singer-songwriter has amassed more than 8.6 billion streams and 4.5 million album listens since his singles Waves and Be Alright achieved global success from 2016-2018.

The ARIA Award winner has performed his hits internationally, appearing on Jimmy Kimmel (USA) and X Factor (Denmark), to festival performances, including Lollapalooza (USA, Sweden), Splendour in the Grass and Great Escape Festival (UK).

Listeners can win their way to attend the exclusive Nova’s Red Room by listening to Nova 106.9’s Ash, Luttsy & Susie O’Neill, entering via the Nova Player and nationally through Smallzy’s Surgery across the country.

Recently, Nova listeners and special guests experienced the first Nova’s Red Room for 2023 with a performance by First Nations artist Budjerah.

Hosted by Tim Blackwell of Nova’s Kate, Tim & Joel drive show, the event was held at the Piper Room in Ovolo Woolloomooloo, Sydney.

The set kicked off with an acknowledgement of country by Michael West. The 20-year-old Bundjalung descendant Budjerah then showed off his vocals in an exclusive, intimate set that had the audience singing along throughout the night to Budjerah’s hit songs such as Therapy, Ready for the Sky, Higher and a cover of Luther Vandross’ Never Too Much.
