Having leapfrogged KIIS to become the second station in the market in survey seven, survey eight has seen Triple M jump up another spot to take the crown at the end of the year. Lifting 1.5 points – the biggest rise of the survey – the station recorded a 13.3% share.
The Big Breakfast with Margaux, Marto, and Dan Anstey was down 0.4 points to record a total share of 12.8%. The drive show, The Rush Hour with Liesel, Liam & Dobbo was up a huge 3.4 points for a 14.0% share, bringing it up to second in the daypart.

Finishing 2023 in second, Nova has lifted 0.6 points for a share of 12.7%.

The breakfast team of Ash, Luttsy and Susie O’Neill have kept the title of top breakfast with lift of 0.6 points, bringing them to a share of 14.1%. This is the show’s best result since survey six last year.
The drive slot has stayed #1 in the market, lifting 3.2 points with the national team of Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel finishing with 17.3%.

Tying with KIIS in the last survey, B105 has broken away to outright third after a lift of 0.2 points for a share of 11.7%. A lift of 0.8 points for the breakfast show of Stav, Abby and Matt sees the trio take third in the daypart with a 12.5% share.
In Drive, Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little have lifted a point for a share of 12.3%.
KIIS 97.3FM 11.5% (11.8%)

Dipping 1.5 points, KIIS has recorded a share of 10%.
In breakfast, Robin, Terry and Kip have lifted 0.1 points to record an 11.0% share. In drive, Will and Woody have dipped 2.1 points for a total of 9.1%, bringing them down to fourth in the daypart.

4BH is down 0.5 points for a 10+ share of 8.1%. In this survey, breakfast with Bob Gallagher is also down 0.5 points for a 7.7% share.
The station has well and truly held on to its top spot in the 65+ demo, where it has a 26.0% share.

4BC has dipped 0.8 points in this survey for a share of 6.6%. Breakfast with Laurel, Gary and Mark has dipped 1.6 points for a share of 6.4%.
In Mornings, Bill McDonald’s second survey in the slot recorded a share of 6.9%, down 0.8 points.
In Drive, Peter Gleeson’s show is down 0.3 points for a 5.8% share.
