Goalpost Pictures Australia, New Zealand’s Pukeko Pictures, TVNZ, alongside Entertainment One (eOne) which handles domestic sales on the series for Australia and New Zealand, have announced that Cleverman has been sold to TVNZ.

All six episodes of the critically acclaimed series, which was recently renewed for a second season, will be available from Monday 25 July on TVNZ OnDemand, and the series will air on TVNZ's new male-oriented channel Duke at a later date.

Cleverman is an official Australian/New Zealand co-production between Goalpost Pictures Australia and Pukeko Pictures.

The series is an original concept commissioned by the ABC TV Indigenous Department and co-produced with Sundance TV and Red Arrow International, who handle rights outside Australia and New Zealand, with the assistance of Screen Australia, Screen NSW and the New Zealand Screen Production Grant. Cleverman has also been sold to the UK’s BBC3.

Entertainment One (eOne) brokered the sale on behalf of Goalpost Pictures and Pukeko Pictures.
