Allianz has launched its refreshed Personal Injury and Commercial proposition, Care in your corner.

The platform reinforces Allianz’s commitment to customers, brokers, partners, regulators and the injured people it supports.

The work focuses on the care Allianz says sets it apart, combining deep understanding with trusted expertise.

Julie Mitchell, Allianz Chief General Manager, Personal Injury and Commercial, said Care in your corner reflects the insurer’s focus on practical support.

“Care in your corner represents our commitment to a partnership built on listening, understanding our customers, partners and brokers' needs, and delivering practical support when it counts.

“It’s about showing up with clarity, consistency, and a genuine focus on outcomes, not just intentions.

“It means having the right people, with trusted expertise and understanding, being right there with you.”

The campaign highlights a range of industry verticals where Allianz provides expertise, including health and aged care, education, construction, farming and transport.

Showing up as a true partner

Laura Halbert, CMO of Allianz Australia, said the campaign deliberately avoids making the insurer the visible focus of the work.

“In this industry, insurers are often seen to inspect the business.

“In this work, you can’t identify the insurer – from the broker to the customer – and that’s a deliberate choice.

“It reflects our commitment to show up as a true partner, with applied expertise and a deep understanding of every corner of our customers’ world.”

Halbert said the campaign also shows the breadth of Allianz’s care across different industries.

“From farms to construction sites to schools - the environment changes, but our understanding and expertise doesn’t.

“We get it," she stated.

The campaign was developed with Allianz’s creative agency Howatson+Company. It is rolling out across print, editorial, social and digital channels, supported by customer and broker engagement through events and tailored communications.
