DO. AGENCY has promoted Tom Ormes to the newly created role of Group Chief Creative Officer (CCO), overseeing creative strategy across its growing international footprint. Previously Executive Creative Director at DO. AUS, Ormes’ elevation supports the agency’s expansion plans, including the launch of its UK office later in 2025.

The move consolidates creative leadership across DO’s offices in Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the forthcoming UK operation. Ormes brings nearly 30 years of global experience from markets including New York, Dubai, and across Asia.

Andrew Dowling, Founder and Group CEO of DO. AGENCY, said Ormes has been integral to the agency's growth since its founding in 2017. “His ability to inspire, whilst challenging our teams to Defy Ordinary, ensures the creative future of our agency is on the right path,” Dowling said.

Ormes noted the agency’s strong leadership team across regions, highlighting Neale Horrigan’s impact in Australia and Beer Poonnotok’s continued success across Asia. “We’re lucky to have a strong creative foundation,” he said. “And with the upcoming launch of our London office and continued growth across APAC, we have an enticing opportunity to push the boundaries and build a truly connected creative culture.”

Founded by Dowling and Ormes, DO. AGENCY now operates in markets including Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and soon the UK. Its services span creative, media, digital, social, content, KOL, and experiential marketing.

The appointment follows a period of accelerated growth for the agency, with recent new business wins and key hires supporting further global investment throughout 2025.
