ARIA Charts: P!nk and Beyoncé at #1

•  Singles: P!nk strikes again – "Just Like Fire" becomes her eighth #1

In just her second week in the chart with "Just Like Fire", P!nk has edged into the top spot after debuting at #2 last week. It is the latest chart-topper from P!nk who has landed seven previous #1 singles.

P!nk swapped chart spots with last week's chart champ, Gnash, as his "I Hate U, I Love U" drops a place to #2 in its fifth week.

Prince fans managed to push "Purple Rain" back into the chart as it reaches its highest place ever at #3. Other Prince singles charting again were "When Doves Cry" at #11 (a former #1), "Little Red Corvette" at #22 (former chart peak #8), plus "Kiss" at #27 and "1999" at #28 which were both former #2 singles. His singles "Cream" and "Raspberry Beret" also both found a home in the chart this week too.

The biggest mover in the top 10 was Drake with "One Dance" which climbed from #10 to #5 in its fourth week.

The highest new entry on the chart was at #7 with Flume's "Say It" featuring Tove Lo.

Two other singles made the top 50 on debut:
#24 "Formation" from Beyoncé
#49 "Home" from Topic featuring Nico Santos

Prince's "The Hits/The B-Sides"

The make-up of the top 10 is often a list that fascinates with the amount of movement on many weeks of the year. This week, thanks partly to the passing of Prince, the top six positions are all held by albums new to the top 10, while there is also a new entry at #9.

Surprisingly, new #1 "Lemonade" is just Beyoncé's second #1 album after six albums.
