First look: 7plus launches 'Reality Check' recap series
New weekly show 'Reality Check' to debut on 7plus, recapping key moments from Australia’s top reality programs with a Gen Z twist.
Seven Network will premiere Reality Check, a new digital-first recap series, on Friday, 16 May at 6.00pm AEST, exclusively on 7plus.

The weekly show offers a condensed look at the most buzzworthy and viral moments from across the reality TV landscape, from Farmer Wants A Wife to MasterChef Australia.
Reality Check is hosted by comedians and content creators Starr McGowan and Adrian Konarski, who bring a fast-paced, Gen Z sensibility to the format. The program is designed for digital consumption, blending humour and commentary with TikTok-influenced presentation in a stylised, living-room set.
The series is positioned as an alternative to traditional recap programs, aiming to engage a younger, digitally native audience via social media extensions and short-form platforms.
New episodes will be released every Friday at 6:00pm AEST on 7plus.
