Jack Nimble strengthens leadership team amid growth and Samsung win

Aja Sandoval named as as head of production, while Kayne Wilkinson moves to group account director.

Jack Nimble has appointed Aja Sandoval as head of production and promoted Kayne Wilkinson to group account director, as the agency expands following recent growth and new client wins.

The Sydney-based agency said the appointments are designed to strengthen its leadership across production and client services as demand for social-first content accelerates.

Sandoval's past experiences

Sandoval joins the 35-person agency with experience across freelance production and senior roles at TBWA, Emotive and DDB New York.

She will lead and scale Jack Nimble’s production department, with a focus on delivering faster turnaround times and closer integration between strategy and execution.

Hayley Olsson, general manager at Jack Nimble, said: “Aja’s experience across major agencies and global brands strengthens our production capability at a time when clients need content that’s not only creatively strong, but operationally efficient and built for platform performance.”

Managing partner comments

Wilkinson steps into the group account director role after leading key accounts, including Samsung Australia, American Express, Coles Liquor, Jaycar and Rabobank as the Senior Account Director.

In the new role, he will oversee a broader client portfolio and help shape the agency’s client service strategy as it scales.

The appointments follow Jack Nimble’s recent win to lead Samsung Australia’s ongoing social content and influencer activity, expanding its remit across always-on content.
