Melbourne’s latest radio book delivered a mix of swings and surprises, with breakfast once again doing the heavy lifting.

3AW stayed miles ahead, barely budging from 20.3 to 20.1, while Gold 104.3 kept its momentum, climbing from 10.9 to 11.2. ABC Melbourne was one of the biggest movers, jumping from 6.4 to 7.8 as the station continues its quiet rebuild.

Down the dial, Nova 100 eased slightly from 8.4 to 8.3, KIIS 101.1 dipped from 6.0 to 5.5, and Triple M slipped from 7.0 to 6.4. The sharpest drop came from Fox FM, which fell from 9.5 to 8.7 after a strong run last survey, while Smooth 91.5 also softened from 7.8 to 6.8.

Overall

The station-wide results told a similar story.

3AW edged up again from 14.6 to 14.7 to hold the #1 position, while Gold posted another strong lift from 11.2 to 12.5. Nova nudged up from 7.1 to 7.4, but the rest of the FM field mostly headed the other way.

Smooth slid from 9.8 to 8.8, Fox dipped from 8.6 to 8.1, Triple M fell from 7.9 to 6.9, and ABC Melbourne eased slightly from 6.5 to 6.3. KIIS, at least, found a small win, climbing from 4.9 to 5.2.
