Liquid Ideas promotes Cleo Posa to managing director

Liquid Ideas has announced the promotion of Cleo Posa from the role of general manager to managing director.

Posa joined the independent creative agency in February 2021 and led the company's rebrand launch and diversified its service offering.

Posa also led the agency's significant growth with a number of new clients including project work for Australia’s Own, Birds Eye, John West and La Zuppa.

Before joining Liquid Ideas, she spent five years integrated agency BBE. She started as account director in 2015, before moving up to senior account director in 2016.

Posa was appointed communications director in 2017 and stayed in the role until she was promoted to communications and content director in 2019. The agency has since been acquired by Hero.

Posa also previously worked with One Green Bean and Edelman.

Posa said of her recent appointment: "It's been a huge year of growth for the agency on all fronts - with a range of new faces, new clients, a new brand identity and an expanded service offering.
