Lockdown Viewing: The Secrets She Keeps on 10 and 10 Play

The Secrets She Keeps. Premieres Wednesday, 22 April At 8.45pm. 

10’s psychological thriller The Secrets She Keeps, will premiere on Wednesday, 22 April at 8.30 pm, although you can watch the whole six-episodes right now on 10 Play after 10 released the series early to assist everyone bored at home during the COVID-19 lockdown. 

Based on the best-selling book of the same name by Australian author Michael Robotham, the series stars Jessica de Gouw (The Crown, The Hunting) as Meghan and Laura Carmichael (Downton Abbey, The Spanish Princess) as Agatha.

10 provided a preview of what to expect from the show:

Meghan is one of those “perfect” mothers on Instagram. You know the kind, with the rich-girl blow wave, hot successful husband and beautiful house. Agatha is, well… not. As a shelf stacker at the local grocer, she struggles to pay the rent on her tiny, one bedroom apartment.

Although worlds apart, these women have one thing in common - they’re both pregnant and due only days apart.

An utterly gripping domestic noir about motherhood and envy, their lives collide in a shocking act that can't be undone.

The Secrets She Keeps is a Lingo Pictures production for Network 10 with major production investment from Screen Australia in association with Network 10. Financed with support from Create NSW. Internation broadcast rights for the British and American markets have already been picked up by the BBC and Sundance Now.
