The super salesman has been revelling in his return to the mainstream media coalface as he moves to monetise all the new deals CEO Grant Blackley oversees. As as well chasing ad dollars for Australia’s biggest broadcast network, new sales assets including the new TV affiliation deal with Nine, music video platform Vevo, the soon-to-launch on-demand audio platform PodcastOne and many new networked shows including Roy & HG and a refreshed FM cricket coverage. The TV deal with Nine is promising to lift full year TV revenue by close to 35%. Radio sales challenges in 2017 include Hit Network Sydney breakfast and finding a replacement for Hit Network national drive.
