The 2023 season of Married At First Sight (MAFS) comes to an end on Nine and 9Now on Sunday, April 2 at 7pm and Monday, April 3 at 7:30pm, as the 2023 MAFS reunion gets underway.

The drama reaches a climax over two nights as the couples reunite for a final dinner party, which Nine describes as "unmissable."

"Everyone is on the chopping block tonight," Harrison tells cameras in a sneak peek.

Exes will come face to face at the Reunion Dinner Party and while Claire says she "has so much love" for Jesse, it appears not everyone is on such good terms.

A scandal is set to explode as Lyndall seethes after learning that Cameron and Rupert's former bride Tayla have been in contact and exchanging photos.

On the first night of final vows on, the couples decided where their relationships would go after the show. Whilst Layton confessed his love to Melinda, 924,000 watched as Duncan officially ended things with a stunned looking Alyssa.

On the second night of Final Vows, two of the three couples called it quits. It wouldn’t be MAFS without a dramatic walk out, and 909,000 watched as Cameron fulfilled the brief perfectly after being rejected by Lyndall.

At the start of the season, Mediaweek spoke to executive producers Tara McWilliams, John Walsh. and expert John Aiken about the new season and what it feels like to be at the forefront of the industry.

For McWilliams, who has now stepped up as director of content at Endemol Shine, seeing other countries adopt this configuration is a career-defining moment.

"I think we're excited, we're proud. I think of how many years we've been doing this and we still don't fail to get a bit of a kick out of the fact that we do calls with other countries," she said, before adding that the pair take on a consultancy role across the globe.

"We're very proud that we created something that everyone responds to and loves and enjoys."

The MAFS reunion episode will air on Sunday, April 2 at 7pm followed by the reunion finale on Monday, April 3 at 7:30pm on Nine and 9Now.
