TV Guide: Las Vegas NRL 2024 season kick off on Nine and Kayo

The Broncos vs Roosters match kicks off on March 3 at 3:30 pm.

Live from the Las Vegas Strip, the 2024 NRL season is starting the season with a bang, as Nine's coverage starts Sunday, March 3 from 3:00 pm AEDT on Channel 9 and 9Now.

The Sea Eagles will take on the Rabbitohs in the first match of the Las Vegas NRL 2024 season kick-off, starting at 1:30 pm AEDT on March 3 on Kayo Sports.

The second match will see the Roosters vs the Broncos, kicking off at 3:30 pm on Channel Nine and 9Now. 

Superstars of the NRL's two heavyweight clubs, Reece Walsh, James Tedesco, Adam Reynolds, Joey Manu and Ezra Mam will all run out onto Allegient Stadium in the NRL's first match played outside of Australia or New Zealand for premiership points. 

Nine's afternoon of footy starts at 1:00 pm, with a behind-the-scenes look at the 2023 Grand Final in the final episode of a special two-hour screening of Undisputed, plus live crosses to Las Vegas on the Today Show and the season premiere of the rebranded Sunday sports panel show: Wide World of Sports.

On the sideline in Las Vegas for Nine's Wide World of Sports will be Johnathan Thurston, Brad Fittler and Danika Mason.

This year will also see full-season brand partners Harvey Norman, McDonald's, Sportsbet and Telstra return. Chemist Warehouse, Isuzu UTE, Kia Australia, RAM Trucks, Tradie Beer, Youi Insurance and Westpac are also returning as sponsors, while Lion is joining as a new sponsor.

The start of the 2024 season comes as presenter Paul Kent is set to return to his roles as NRL360 co-host and News Corp columnist.

Kent has been a presenter on NRL 360 since the show first launched in 2013. He will return to the show alongside Braith Anasta, with his fill-in Gorden Tallis staying on the show on Monday nights.

Kent was stood down from his media roles last year after being arrested on charges of assault and choking a person without consent against his ex-partner.

In December, Seven months on from his arrest, a Sydney court found Kent not guilty of the allegations.
