Total TV Ratings, September 29

A Current Affair topped total TV, increasing by 7% to reach a total audience of 815,000. 

ABC had the program with the highest lift on total TV as British drama Sherwood lifted 46% for 667,000. 

On Nine, A Current Affair increased by 7% to deliver a total TV audience of 815,000.

Overnight TV Ratings, October 6

Seven inched out the Friday night primary channel shares with 21.9% and also won the network share section with 19.2%. 7TWO won the multichannels with 3.3%.

Seven’s The Chase aired to 409,000, while Better Homes and Gardens saw 413,000 as Karen baked a breakfast loaf and Dr Harry got a tour of The Giving Farm during springtime.

Nine’s A Current Affair saw 478,000 tune in as the program met with Exford Primary School students and twin brothers Cadin and Ashton, 11, who were on board the bus that flipped in Eynesbury, west of Melbourne, in May this year. The boys spoke about surviving the crash and the help they received from strangers.

On ABC, Gardening Australia topped entertainment with 398,000, as the program met African communities uniting through growing food. Costa also got paving while Sophie created home floristry.

On 10, 197,000 tuned into The Project and Have You Been Paying Attention? clocked 153,000 viewers. 

The highest-rated non-news program on SBS was South American with Simon Reeve with 149,000.

STV

On Fox Sports, the qualifiers for the Supercars Bathurst saw 99,000 tune in. Meanwhile over on Sky News Live, Credlin recorded an audience of 49,000.
