There were more season finales in our US chart as the US TV season ended, including three major reality TV competitions The Voice, Dancing With The Stars and Survivor. However, in the key 18-49 demographic it was the finale of musical drama Empire that topped the chart, while our Nielsen all-people broadcast TV chart placed it at #8. ABC managed to make the top 10 with its three-hour TV movie remake of Dirty Dancing, despite its trouncing by the critics.

In the UK, BBC One’s top show was its three-part miniseries Three Girls, based on true accounts of three young girls who were groomed, sexually abused and trafficked by some Pakistani men in Rochdale.
