Broadcaster Myf Warhurst has launched a new video podcast The Moment with Myf Warhurst that promises quick, sharp takes on the biggest cultural stories.

Each 20-minute episode, produced by MIK MADE, unpacks “the moment” of the week with Warhurst, well-known for her time on triple j, and Spicks and Specks, diving deeper than the headlines to deliver quick cultural analysis.

“There is a real appetite for daily pop culture analysis delivered in a smart, snappy format,” says Warhurst. “Frankly, everyone is time poor, but they still love to be across the big cultural stories, mostly so they can participate in the chat in the office, playground, or with friends. This video podcast will help them do just that.”

The Moment tackles everything from high art to reality TV, music, books, relationships and fashion, with expert guests and creatives joining to share their insights.

The series is being produced by MIK Studio’s Head of Content and Podcast Executive Producer, Amelia Chappelow, who first worked with Warhurst almost two decades ago.

“I first worked with Myf almost twenty years ago; seeing her career continue to evolve and reconnecting at this turning point has been exciting,” says Chappelow.
