Seven started the week with close to a five-point primary lead over Nine on Sunday.

For the next three nights there was less than a point separating the two FTA leaders.

However, coverage of the third Test from Perth has pushed Nine well ahead with a seven point lead over Seven on Thursday night.

After coverage of the third sessions of the Test and then the post-game show, Nine screened the first of the three-part Forged In Fire cricket documentary with 555,000 watching, which kept Nine well in front. The film was produced and directed by award-winning documentary filmmaker Peter Dickson with assistance from Cricket Australia.
