• Nine claims first place all people and in combined channel share
• TEN's midweek MasterChef jumps to just over 900,000
• Two shows over 300,000 at SBS: Extreme Railways + Filthy Rich

Seven

A familiar pair of slippers is Seven's Wednesday night. All of the programs screening now have a long pedigree at Seven, even if they are mostly past their glory days.

Home and Away was down 100,000 from Tuesday on 656,000.

Nine

After a slip last night, the ACA audience grew to 884,000 with reporters covering a drug bust and credit card reward makeovers.

Britain's Got Talent is now a long way behind the UK screening date with 621,000 watching last night.

The Last Resort seems like a series that won't go away until you put a stake through its heart. Something that featured a ring ceremony kept the couples on holiday with 261,000 watching.

The series return has started with a very healthy 724,000 – a number big enough to generate some traffic by various means to a diverse list of contacts.

ABC
