Supercars

The Supercars weekend meeting in Newcastle narrowly outrated the Ashes with the most social media engagements as measured by Nielsen for the broadcasts on TEN and Fox Sports.

However, the Ashes filled the remaining four spots in the sports top five.

In the non-sport category it was all about news with Nine News #1, with Today Extra and Today also in the top five.
