Nielsen Twitter TV Ratings w/c 1/11: Q&A and the Melbourne Cup the buzz of the twittersphere

ABC's panel talk-show Q&A was the talk of Twitter this week, with a unique audience of 47.8k and 1.0m impressions. It featured journalist and editor in chief of website The Hoopla Wendy Harmer, journalist and filmmaker Dai Le and academic Paul Ehrlich. In sport, the race that stops the nation didn't stop it tweeting, the Melbourne Cup reaching a unique audience of 301.2k and 7.7m impressions. The first three days of the Australia v NZ test match also caused a buzz.
