Nielsen Twitter TV Ratings w/c 8/11: Q&A and the cricket have Twitter buzzing

Last Monday's episode of Q&A saw Andrew Denton back on the ABC to discuss the issues surrounding death with such health and ethics experts as Karen Hitchcock and Rodney Syme. Twitter was very much alive, however – the episode seeing a unique Twitter audience of 58k with 897.2k impressions. Pauline Hanson admitting to having smoked dope on The Verdict also held the Twitter crowd.

In sport, the last three days of the first New Zealand test match and day one of the second, had Twitter abuzz. The first day of test match two saw 2.0m impressions for a unique audience of 152.9k, proving that the twittersphere doesn't just like cricket... it loves it.
