Nova 100 launch 2022 Melbourne International Comedy Festival

With the Melbourne International Comedy Festival officially commencing on March 30th, Nova 100 has again partnered with the Festival for this special month of comedy in Melbourne.

To mark the event, Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny are officially launching the MICF with their annual comedy festival OB from the Lower Town Hall. Listeners can tune in to  Nova 100 to win tickets.

Throughout the morning, an array of high profile comedians will appear during the morning including:

For the first time, Nova has partnered with Live Nation to present Nova One Night Stand. Hosted by Nova’s drive announcer Joel Creasey, some of the festival’s best comedians will entertained over 300 listeners at the Lower Town Hall in Melbourne on Tuesday night. Comedians Becky Lucas, Chris Parker, Guy Montgomery, Melanie Bracewell, Nazeem Hussain, and Urzila Carlson all gave listeners a taste of the month ahead with a night full of laughs.

Chrissie, Sam & Browny will chat to more of the comedians on weekdays throughout the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, to showcase many of the comedy shows on offer. Listeners at home will be able to join in by listening to Nova 100 from 5am, following Chrissie, Sam & Browny on Instagram during the morning, and checking out the show page at novafm.com.au.
