Independent media agency Oodle Media has appointed Isabella White as account director.

The appointment follows a strong 2025 for Oodle Media, with the agency securing major client partnerships, including R.M. Williams, Eucalyptus, and Sharesies.

White joins Oodle from Wavemaker, where she spent five years working across trading and planning for enterprise-level clients.

A selective approach to growth

Oodle Media founder Matt Rossi said White’s appointment reflects the agency’s deliberate and performance-led approach to scaling.

“Isabella is an exceptional operator. Sharp, highly effective and someone who knows how to get things done,” Rossi said.

“She brings incredible experience from Wavemaker and will immediately lift how we partner with clients as we continue to scale.”

Rossi added that the timing of the hire was critical as the business builds on recent momentum.

“Bella’s background gives her a deep understanding of how great work is built at scale. That matters to us. She’s bringing with her the best of Holdco rigour and applying it in a more agile, transparent, and performance-driven environment.”

Closer to outcomes and performance

White said Oodle’s growth trajectory and operating model were key factors behind her decision to join the agency.

“Oodle offers something I’ve been looking for: being genuinely close to the work and the outcomes it drives,” she said.

“The ability to move quickly, respond to performance in real time, and stay tightly aligned to client results is a powerful way to operate.”

The appointment underscores Oodle Media’s continued investment in senior talent as it expands its Sydney operation and positions the business for sustained growth into 2026.
