The Mamamia Podcast Network is launching a love advice podcast on Valentine's Day (today in case you have forgotten!), fronted by The Bachelor host Osher Günsberg.

Love/Life, co-hosted by psychologist Leanne Hall, takes love and relationship dilemmas from callers and offers the "advice your friends are too polite to give".

Günsberg, who hosts the Network Ten reality dating show, recently wed his partner Audrey Griffen in the Hunter Valley.

The longtime podcaster says the idea for the show sprang from confusion around the modern dating scene.

"I know when I was single, after my first marriage ended, suddenly I'm in this world where the last time I was dating there was no Facebook, no iPhones, no nothing. I had no idea,” says Günsberg.

This is the 15th show for the Mamamia Podcast Network which in the last two years has amassed over 11 million downloads to become the world's largest women's podcasting network.

Executive producer of the network Monique Bowley says the weekly show will tackle all manner of issues raised by the Mamamia audience.

“Love/Life is just the second of six new podcasts Mamamia has planned for 2017 as we keep up with the insatiable demand from Australian women for smart, funny original audio content,” explained Bowley.

Love/Life is available weekly on iTunes, Spotify, Soundcloud, Omny, and via the Mamamia Podcast App.
