• Nova continues to rule

Nova continues to rule with leading 10+ and breakfast shares
• Fred & Lisa lift at 96FM, but daytime share looses some recent growth

UP: Hit 92.9 +1.4
• DOWN: 96FM -0.8

Nova 93.7 13.3% (13.5%)

The station remains Perth’s #1 for the fourth consecutive survey and maintains the biggest cume audience with 584,000. Nathan, Nat and Shaun kept breakfast share above 14%, and were well ahead of its nearest competitor – Mix on 11.2%. Kate, Tim and Marty steady the ship in the afternoon too here with share up 1.2 to 16.2%.

96FM 11.9% (12.7%)

Fred and Lisa are keeping Boticas’s Bunch growing with share up for the fourth consecutive survey, this time lifting 0.2 to 9.5%. Drive and evening however took a hit with share down in both dayparts. Cume dipped a little, falling below 400,000.

Mix 94.5 11.3% (10.9%)

The former market leader turned around four consecutive down books with a lift of 0.4. Breakfast with Clairsy, Matt and Kymba was up 0.7% pushing share back above 11%.

Hit 92.9 10.7% (9.3%)

Driving the improvement at the fastest-growing station this survey was morning (+2.0 to 10.6%), afternoon (+1.9 to 12.4%) and drive (+1.0 to 12.1%). We should also mention good numbers for evening with share up 2.5 to 9.8%. Breakfast with Heidi, Xavier and Pete lifted 0.2 to 9.1%.

6PR 7.6% (8.3%)

Breakfast was the cause a station slide this survey with Steve and Baz down 1.6 to 10.3%. Breakfast remains in double figures though and has a better share than it did in the first four surveys of 2019.

6iX 4.2% (4.1%)

Breakfast has had a slight recovery with share up 0.6 to 4.1%. Morning lifted 0.6 to 5.1%.
