Podcast Ranker December 2020: Stuff back at #1, Sky News into top 10

Triton Digital's Australian Podcast Ranker covering December 1 through 31, 2020, has been released.

The ARN/iHeartMedia title Stuff You Should Know has moved up into top spot. The only new arrival in the top 10 was the Sky News Bulletin which is available via Google Home. The podcast jumped three places to #9.

Leaving the top 10, but only just, were Hamish and Andy with their Remembering Project slipping from #10 to #11. They also maintained a place at #1 with their original weekly podcast.

A number of new titles appear in the Top 100 Podcast Ranker including Something Was Wrong (Audioboom), Your Morning Mantra (Podshape), and Let’s Not Meet: A True Horror Podcast (Audioboom).

As for the All-Australian Top 100 Ranker, new titles include Fun Fables (Kinderling Kids Radio), Is It Just Me? (ARN/iHeartMedia), and Cricket Et Cetera (News Corp).

Total downloads of all shows by all participating publishers in the month of December is 37.6m.

Participating publishers in the Australian Ranker include ARN/iHeartMedia, Audioboom, Babyology, Fear and Greed, Kinderling Kids Radio, News Corp Australia, Nine, Nova, Podshape, Schwartz Media, Southern Cross Austereo, Sports Entertainment Network, Stitcher, TOFOP Productions, Wavelength Creative, West Australian Newspapers, and Wondery.
