Since 2016 Bouris' popular podcast The Mentor has been one of Australia’s most-listened-to business podcasts. Formerly with LiSTNR, Bouris has struck out as an independent. He has secured long-term deals with various brands including GoDaddy and American Express.

Operating as The Mentor Platform, Bouris is also planning a series of YouTube Originals.

Over five years of his podcast, Bouris has interviewed hundreds of small business owners of every type, sharing stories of struggle, triumph, and survival.
