What are Australians watching online?

The biggest age group watching content online is 25-34 (22%), according Screen Australia’s analysis of Nielsen data.

Screen Australia has released infographics which detail activity on the video on demand space. The stats include a timeline tracking 20 different services available to consumers. The biggest age group watching online is 25-34 (22%) and the five most popular services are YouTube (69%), iview (54%), plus7 (46%) SBS On Demand (38%) and tenplay (38%). The analysis of data from Nielsen 2014 data also reports 23% of people would consider paying to download content while 21% would consider subscribing to a VOD service.
