Adelaide’s breakfast race tightened again in Survey 7, but one station stood well clear: 5MMM jumped to a hefty 16.2, up from 14.6, giving Triple M one of the strongest breakfast lifts in the country this book.

Most of the pack moved in the opposite direction. Nova 91.9 dipped from 11.4 to 10.6, FIVEaa eased back from 12.3 to 11.8, Mix 102.3 fell from 10.4 to 9.7, and SAFM softened slightly from 9.2 to 9.1. Cruise 1323 recorded one of the sharper drops, falling from 6.0 to 4.6.

The outlier on the upside was ABC Adelaide, which nudged up from 9.9 to 10.3 - one of the network’s few breakfast gains this survey.
