Chloe Maxwell named senior producer of Sea FM’s Bianca, Ben and Lakey

Maxwell is well known for being the ‘Jeanswest Girl’ before launching her career in the media

Chloe Maxwell has been appointed senior producer of 90.9 Sea FM’s Breakfast show Bianca, Ben and Lakey on the Gold Coast.

Kim Czosnek, content director at 90.9 Sea FM, said the whole station was excited to welcome Maxwell, a well-known Gold Coaster who has worked in the media for 25 years.

Czosnek said: "Chloe has vast experience within the media and as a longtime Gold Coast local. She has solid knowledge and a real passion for the community that we value and want to share with our loyal listeners."

Maxwell is well known for being the ‘Jeanswest Girl’ before launching her career in the media. In the past, she hosted Channel V, E News and the X Factor on television.

Maxwell has extensive experience with radio, having hosted various shows on ABC Gold Coast, and Breakfast on Juice FM. She has also written for The Sunday Telegraph and Kidspot among others.

Maxwell is also a best-selling author and lives with her husband, dual international NRL player, Mat Rogers and their two teenage children on the Gold Coast.

Maxwell said she was thrilled to be part of the team. “I love all aspects of radio and am so excited to be welcomed into the SCA team at 90.9 Sea FM.
 
"The culture is awesome and the support is fantastic, and I’m excited to work with the best of the best!” she added.

 airs on 90.9 Sea FM every weekday breakfast and on the LiSTNR app.

In the last Gold Coast Radio Ratings Survey, Sea FM has dipped 0.7 points for a 10.6% share. The station’s biggest loss was 4.3% in the 10-17 demographic, but made up 3.2 points in 25-39.
 
Breakfast with Bianca, Ben and Lakey stayed steady at 12.1%, while Drive with Carrie and Tommy was the best performing daypart with 12.6%, despite a 3.2 point drop.
