Brad MarchFormer senior radio executives Brad March (pictured) and Dan Bradley have launched a new talent management company focused primarily on radio on-air talent.

Connected Management is overseeing the careers of Jackie O, from KIIS 106.5 Sydney’s #1 FM breakfast Show Kyle & Jackie O, and Robin Bailey, from Brisbane’s #1 breakfast show Robin, Terry & Bob.

The agency is also managing breakfast talents Tom and Olly from Star FM in Albury and Ryan Jon from Hit104.7 Canberra.

Former CEO of Austereo Brad March is managing director of Connected Management.

March said: "While there are larger talent management companies around, we saw an opportunity for a boutique approach focused specifically on radio talent. We not only oversee radio talents’ careers, but also coach and direct them. We are very excited to be working with this small group of highly talented breakfast personalities”

Dan Bradley is a director of Connected Management, and of international radio consultancy Kaizen Media. He was previously a senior programming executive with Nova Entertainment and Austereo.

Bradley said: "In a busy and fragmented media environment, high-calibre talent are fundamental to the success of any brand. We’re extremely proud of, and excited about, the talent we have on Connected and look forward to seeing their respective careers continue to grow”
