Sabio welcomes three new appointments to the creative marketing agency

Sabio has announced the appointment of three new hires to its growing team.

Joining the creative marketing agency are Kayla Crouch - as account manager, Zoe Vagg - graphic designer, and Meg Collins - as community and engagement consultant.

Crouch has been appointed as account manager at Sabio. She has supported various organisations across Brisbane with end-to-end marketing and communications strategies, including Tattersall’s Club and Personalised Plates Queensland.

Vagg has been appointed as graphic designer at Sabio. She has worked in other agency and in-house roles across Brisbane and Toowoomba, including dms CREATiVE and Sarina Russo Group and is excited to bring her knowledge and creative experience to the team at to the team.

Collins joins Sabio as a community and engagement consultant. With extensive background in agency and in-house roles, she brings valuable skills and experience to the position.
 
Collins has previously worked as a Communication Liaison at Queensland Ballet and as a communications consultant at Phillips Group.

The addition of the three new hires comes after the promotion of Lauren Faulkner to general manager last year.

Faulkner, a proud Waanyi woman, will oversee a team of 35 across the creative marketing agency’s offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sydney.

She first joined P4 Group as an account manager seven years ago and has held several roles in the agency including senior account manager, account director and communications group account director, before her most recent promotion to operations director in 2019.

Falkner said she is excited to be leading the agency into the next chapter and is equally proud to be representing the Indigenous community as an executive at the top level.

“I’m proud to be playing a role in shaping the future of Sabio as we enter a new era driven by innovation, clever ideas, and an exceptionally talented team.

“As a proud Waanyi woman (from Mount Isa), my cultural identity has played an important role in my upbringing and has influenced my empathetic, fair, and considered leadership style,” she added.
