SBS has secured the exclusive free-to-air broadcast rights for the next three seasons of the UEFA Champions League in an agreement with beIN Sport.

The coverage agreement between beIN Sport and SBS will see one live match on Wednesdays and a weekly one-hour highlights show on Thursday nights that will cover all the matches from every round.

SBS director of sport Ken Shipp said: “SBS is pleased to work with beIN Sport as their exclusive free-to-air partner for the UEFA Champions League. Football is becoming increasingly competitive in the Australian market – so we’re delighted that we’ve secured the rights for another three years."
