Seven has announced it will air the interview between Prince Harry and ITV broadcaster Tom Bradby on Monday, January 9 at 7.30 pm, on Channel 7 and 7plus.

The exclusive sit-down interview is set to inflame tensions between Prince Harry, his wife Meghan, and the Royal Family and courtiers they claim subjected them to racism and bullied them out of the UK.

Filmed in California, where Harry now lives, Harry: The Interview sees the Prince go into unprecedented depth and detail on his life in and out of the Royal Family.

Covering a range of subjects, Harry discusses his personal relationships and never-before-heard details surrounding the death of his late mother, Diana, and looks ahead to his future.

Teased in the UK as "raw and intimate", the 90-minute interview drops just days before Prince Harry’s autobiography Spare is expected to rock the new Monarchy.

Seven - Harry: The Interview Prince Harry with Tom Bradby

In Seven's trailer for the interview, Harry tells Bradby, "it never needed to be this way" and "they feel it’s better to keep us, somehow, as the villains," likely referring to himself and his wife Meghan.

The Prince also said of his father King Charles III and brother, William, Prince of Wales: "They’ve shown absolutely no willingness to reconcile."

Harry then adds: "I would like to get my father back. I would like to have my brother back."

Producers at ITN were first entrusted to share Harry’s side of the story when cameras and Bradby followed the royal couple on their first official tour of southern Africa.

It was during an interview with Bradby on the ITN documentary, Harry & Meghan: An African Journey in 2019, that the Duchess of Sussex first revealed her feelings of isolation within Palace walls and her struggle with her treatment by the UK media.

Like his mother’s extraordinary Panorama interview in 1995, watch history unfold in Harry: The Interview, the most explosive TV interview of 2023.
