Japan's Naomi Osaka will face American Jennifer Brady in the Australian Open's women’s final on Saturday night as the match is broadcast live on Nine and 9Now from 7:30 pm.

The pair has only dropped three sets between them in the tournament despite Osaka being forced to save two match points Garbine Muguruza, and Brady being forced to complete two weeks of hard hotel quarantine before the tournament.

Osaka is a three-time major champion while Brady is in her first Grand Slam final, although they are not strangers with their last match in a major being in the 2020 US Open semifinal won by Osaka. The match was considered by many pundits to be one of the best matches of the year and fans will be hoping for more of the same in the Australian Open final.

Brady has never been ranked inside the top 20, and until her US Open semifinal last year had never been beyond the fourth round at a Slam. While history has shown that the 23-year old Osaka wins a major if she makes it past the fourth round.

The Australian Open has aired from Monday, February 8 until the men’s final on Sunday, February 21, live and free on Nine and 9Gem.

Games have also been available on 9Now on-demand, making sure that viewers are able to watch every point of every match on every court.

Hosting the Australian Open on Nine has been James BraceyRebecca Maddern, and Tony Jones, while over on 9Gem, Alicia LoxleySeb Costello, and Sam McClure hosting the broadcast.
