Emotive, the specialist social video content marketing agency based in the glamorous Sydney beachside suburb of Tamarama, has announced Jamie Crick has been promoted into the newly created role of social media director. Reporting directly into CEO and founder Simon Joyce, Crick will lead the agency’s expanding social media amplification offering.

“Everything we do is through the lens of audience’s passions and their behaviour in social media. It’s critical that we have an experienced leader that is plugged into social video culture. Jamie gives us exactly that – he has been a pioneer in this space,” said Joyce.

Emotive also announced the appointment of John Principe in the role of social strategy manager. Principe joins Emotive from DT and Slingshot, and will work closely with Jamie and the team in building social media solutions.
