Total TV Ratings, January 10

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! was the top rating entertainment program in the total TV ratings with a healthy 1.02m viewers, an increase of 19%. 

The Big Bash League had an audience of 521,000 for the match between the Melbourne Stars and the Adelaide Strikers.

Back Roads was the top program on The ABC with 762,000

Overnight TV Ratings, January 17

• As Seven and Nine air sport, 10 continues to dominate prime time entertainment

With the Ashes series ending two days early, the Australian Open had minimal competition on its first day. Nine's hallmark event of the Summer pushed the broadcaster to an easy win with a #1 primary share of 23.3% as well as the top network share with 31.1%.

The top rating session of the Australian Open came at prime time where it averaged 635,000 metro viewers as Ash Barty made short work of Lesia Tsurenko.

Australian Open TV Ratings, Day 1:
Day Session: 381,000 (266,000 metro & 115,000 regional)
Night Session: 886,000 (635,000 & 251,000 regional)
Night Session 2: 675,000 (508,000 metro & 167,000 regional)
Late Session: 293,000 (221,000 metro & 72,000 regional)

On Seven, the Big Bash League match between the Sydney Sixers and Adelaide Strikers had 296,000 viewers as the Strikers won by 8 wickets.

On 10, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (602,000) was the top entertainment show of the night as the broadcaster's first 7:30pm franchise of the year continues to get them off to a good start. 

On the ABC, Back Roads had 462,000 viewers as guest host Joe O'Brien went to Cradle Mountain, Tasmania.

The top program on SBS was a repeat of Secret Scotland which had 166,000.
