DailyMail TV to launch

From the web to TV: DailyMail.com launching new television series

DailyMail.com and Dr. Phil McGraw, the host and executive producer of television’s #1 rated daytime talk show, have announced that they have formed a partnership through Jay McGraw’s Stage 29 Productions, to create DailyMailTV, a new syndicated television series, targeted for the first half of calendar 2016.

CBS Television Distribution, which distributes Dr. Phil and The Doctors, will handle the distribution of DailyMailTV.

Speaking at the 2015 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity they said that DailyMail.com and Stage 29 Productions would jointly develop a dynamic and creative television show that will bring the very best of DailyMail.com to life on television in the United States.

Martin Clarke, publisher & editor-in-chief, DailyMail.com: “DailyMail.com is famous for breaking exclusive stories, sharing the news of the day and shining a light on the most important issues that matter but might have been overlooked by everyone else.

"We’re also not afraid to rattle some cages and demand answers without fear or favour for our global audience of 226 million unique visitors."
